We also collect business records that you or your organization create in the application, such as samples, production orders, supply orders, receiving records, notes, and uploaded files or photos.

We use this information to authenticate users, manage role-based access, support garment operations workflows, maintain audit trails, investigate misuse, and improve the reliability and security of the service.

3. How information is shared

Information is shared only as needed to operate the platform. This includes sharing with authorized SST Garments personnel, authorized vendor users connected to relevant workflows, and service providers that help deliver the application, such as authentication, hosting, storage, and database providers.

We do not sell personal information or use Google account data for unrelated advertising purposes.

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce internal access controls.
